After purchasing TyariPLUS, if you are still unable to access the PLUS, follow the below steps:
1. Check if the app is of updated version. Click three small lines present on the top left the side of the homepage, scroll down and check for app version. If your app is on older version (less than 15) update your app by going to your Google Play store.
2. If your app version is already updated, logout and re-login with the email id that you have subscribed to TyariPLUS.
3. If you are still having issues, go and refresh the PLUS button.
- Click the three dots on the top right hand side of the homepage in app.
- Select Help
- Click on the refresh button
Even after refreshing, if you are still unable to access TyariPLUS, then:
- Go to phone settings - Apps - OnlineTyari - Storage - Clear data/cache
After following the above steps, if you are still facing issues then write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the below screenshots:
1. Your app profile where the email id and phone number is mentioned
2. Where the tests are showing unlock.
